Grade A4-80 stainless steel bolt is made of high quality and superior material. These bolts are being used in multiple industries for various applications. The estimated working temperature for these bolts is below and above 500ºC. These bolts are highly ductile and durable. The chemical composition of this A4-80 grade includes a high amount of molybdenum, chromium, and nickel. It also includes a moderate amount of carbon in it. A4-80 stainless steel bolts also include some amount of nitrogen in them which provide great stability and strength to an alloy.
The A in this grade identifies as austenitic steel. This grade is made by using austenitic steel which provides great strength and ductility to an alloy. Grade A4-80 provides excellent resistance from all types of chemical reactions. It provides great resistance from corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress cracking. It also provides excellent efficiency to the product. Stress cracking occurs above 60ºC so this grade can easily prevent that.
